Frank a qualified carpenter in his senior years having project managed for various builders over the years, established a solid reputation within the industry. Frank established F&L builders in the 80s experiencing steady growth resulting in partnering Robert Tomas and forming Construction group in 2004.
Robert a successful property developer went on to establish strong connections with Melbourne’s award winning architects developing his own projects along the bayside area.
